This group is for fans of Joey Dee & the Starliters ("Peppermint
Twist," "Ya Ya," "Shout"). Joey Dee and the original Starliters were the house band at New York's Peppermint
Lounge during the early 60's and made the venue famous with their #1 hit, "Peppermint Twist," in 1961. Joey is still
going strong today, touring with original Starliter Dave Brigati (brother of the Rascals' Eddie Brigati) and Bobby Valli (brother
of Frankie).
